It guarantees that there will be no delamination of any panels. It guarantees that the panels will not crack or have any movement.
This guarantee is only covered if the product is installed as per instructed. This warranty does not cover the product if the product is not installed as instructed.
This guarantee does not apply if there are other contributing factors such as structural integrity to the sub-straight or building.
Warranty excludes any misuse of the product, damage transporting, and exposure to extreme heat (in excess of 62 degrees).
Accessories may show faint markings or inconsistences.
Panels like any natural or porcelain tile may have imperfections, however any inconsistency or defect is extremely unlikely. All texture and colour matching must be assessed prior to install.
